We have a modern hydraulic CNC press brake, Durma model AD-S 40320. The press capacity is 320 tons, with a maximum bending length of 4050 mm. The daylight opening is 630 mm, and the distance between the columns is 3600 mm. The current sets of V-die blocks and punches we have allow for bending sheet metal in various grades and complex shapes.
Straight cutting is performed with CNC-controlled hydraulic guillotine shears featuring an adjustable cutting angle.

The facility is equipped with a DURMA PGH 125 three-roll hydraulic profile bending machine. The guide rolls are hydraulically adjustable in three axes: front/back, up/down, and right/left rotation, enabling the bending of a wide range of structural profiles.
We offer sheet metal bending into cylinders, cones, and other complex shapes using the DURMA HRB-4 2020 hydraulic 4-roll bending machine.

We offer tapping services using the CMA RHRM 30D hydraulic tapping machine. Its reinforced pantograph arm allows tapping of threaded holes ranging from M4 to M30 on a worktable surface of 800×600 mm. The maximum arm reach is 2200 mm. The machine is equipped with a multi-position head for tapping at any angle.
The two-cylinder BENDICROP 60 S ironworkers are equipped with a permanent bending station, triangular punches, and a patented flat bar and plate shearing system to ensure minimal deformation.

The punching machine performs fast and precise cutting in pipes and profiles of shapes that ensure proper connection, as well as cutting the drainage for zinc or paint, which is essential for the correct execution of the welding process. The pipe punching system used in the machine is employed wherever there are pipe and profile connections at a 90° angle.
